Hotel Bristols legendary hot chocolate 

Ingredients: 

  • 5 dl whole milk 

  • 2.5 dl cream 

  • 15 g sugar 

  • 2 skiver orange peel 

  • 0.5 stk vanilla bean 

  • 60 g dark chocolate 

  • 120 g milk chocolate  

Bring all ingredients except the chocolate to a boil, then let the milk mixture steep for 10 minutes. Heat the milk again, but do not let it boil. Remove the vanilla bean and orange peel ,and add the chocolate. Mix with a hand blender until the chocolate has completely melted and serve with whipped cream.
